Psychosomatic Session

A psychosomatic session is an integrated body–mind approach carried out in active contact: conversation, careful tracking of sensations, and nervous system regulation. It is focused on signals from the body (tension, breathing patterns, pain, tightness, fatigue) while also addressing emotions and how they influence functioning. This work is especially supportive for somatic symptoms, chronic stress, and restoring balance after difficult experiences.
